Limestone mine el Valle

A small limestone mine from around 20 acres is locate on the road to Playa el Valle. Open and working and digging. Limestone here is often used for leveling land or road underground. In spanish it’s called “caliza”.

Cala Palma

Apartment complex in construction between Las Terrenas and El Portillo. In total 58 apartments and a beachclub will be realized.
Calapalma in el Portillo is almost touching Balcones del Atlantico and the Navy-office.

Very nice bach in front with a river. The Navy office is also popular place for mooring small boats.

Esperanza Residence in El Portillo has it’s own tennisclub. People from outside can enter the club to play tennis and practice. There is a professional tennis teacher available on request.

El Portillo Spa & Beach Resort is located in El Portillo, next to Las Terrenas and touching the Gran Bahia Principe hotel. Als in front of the El Portillo airport.
The project is in full construction and first phase is done. The masterplan has beachfront villas, lagoon villas and island villas. More apartment style complex.
Spectacular beachclub in front of the white sandy beach and 5-star service. El Portillo is a more exclusive and residential area from Las Terrenas.

Coson Hotel-Casino
